In a unique volunteer initiative, and with the collaboration of the Ghamam Volunteer Team of the Office of Advocacy and Community Awareness, the Women's Section, Hotat Bani Tamim Governorate, a program entitled "E'temam" was held on Wednesday 1/2/1440 H at 10:00 am at the College. The program was attended by the Dean of the College Dr. Hessa Al-Hazzani, the Vice-Deans and a large number of faculty members. The program began with an introduction and then verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a dialogue between the members of Ghamam team and then a singing break, after which the Director of the Women's Department in the Office of Advocacy, Fawzia Al-Jumuah made a statement about the character of the Prophet peace be upon him and its impact. The Ghamam Team also presented an epic about good impact one leaves behind and the importance of leaving beautiful memories to be remembered after one's death. Then they made statements that touched the feelings of the audience by mentioning ex-faculty member Fatima Hassan, may God rest her soul in peace, and other people with high reputation. At the end of the initiative program, Ms. Manal Al-Duhaim thanked the Ghamam Volunteer Team and mentioned some useful stories about having a good impact before death. The program featured more than one montage designed by female members of Ghamam, and at the end of the program, everyone headed towards the college yard for food and refreshments. The general focus of the initiative was on the importance of good character that has a good influence on the souls of others before death so that one's remembrance would remain beautiful in the memories of others.
It is worth mentioning that the members of the Ghamam Team and the Office of Women's Advocacy have many specific initiatives to serve the community at the College and in the governorate of Hotat Bani Tamim. We thank them very much and wish them all the best
