The College Council is considered the highest authority in the College. It exercises the powers and competencies contained in the Higher Education Council system in order to achieve the College’s vision, mission and objectives, and enable the College, with its various programs, to obtain and maintain academic accreditation in a manner that builds and strengthens the College identity, consolidates and activates its competitive qualities, and emphasizes its essential role in serving business organizations and community institutions within the limits of what is stipulated in the approved regulations, their executive rules and issued decisions. The College Council has the highest powers available in making vital decisions related to the College administrative, educational and academic management. The College Council consists of the Dean, head of the Council, members including the College Vice Deans in addition to the heads of the scientific departments of the College.
