With the rational leadership of a motivating and inspiring dean of female students who are supportive and cooperative with all staff members and employees of the college and with the presence of a qualified elite of male and female faculty members in a number of the college’s scientific, literary and human specializations, who are distinguished in their research and continuous giving as advisors in the community scientifically and culturally. In addition to their fruitful cooperation with the female students to develop their scientific and research skills, strengthen their capabilities and discover their talents. This is evident every year in the holding of a number of college students to advanced positions in many scientific, cultural, sports and literary fields.
