The Sports Activity Unit held a program (Sports and Calories) on Thursday, 28/8/1443 AH, at exactly nine thirty in the morning, under the supervision of the Sports Activity Supervisor, Ms. Nouf Rashid Al-Ajiri. The program began by explaining meaning of calories and the amount that an individual needs daily, followed by mentioning the efforts of the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom with regard to calories and the method of calculating them during the day, then presenting the most effective type of calorie-burning and calorie-reducing exercise.
