The College of Science and Human Studies in Hotat Bani Tamim celebrated the graduates of the fourteenth batch of the bachelor's degree stage for female students under the auspices of the college dean, Dr. Hessa bint Saud Al-Hazani, on Wednesday 11/18/1444 AH.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of the Vice Deans of the College and the Vice Dean of the College of Business Administration, Dr. Maliha Al-Qahtani, the wife of His Excellency the Director of Education, the Director of Al-Rajhi Bank, faculty members, and students’ mothers.
The college presented graduates of the first, second, third, and summer semesters of the academic year 1444 AH to qualify for the competition in the labor market and to participate in achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The graduates were compered in a majestic parade filled with joy and jubilation over a fruitful harvest of the previous years and achieving the goals of effort and perseverance.
The ceremony began with the graduation march led by first and second honour rank students. Then the national anthem was launched, announcing the start of the ceremony with a stand of pride and gratitude for the homeland. After that, the rhetorical ceremony prepared for this occasion began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, presented by the student Jiwan Al-Tamimi, then the speech of the Dean of the College, Dr. Hessa bint Saud Al-Hazani who welcomed the guests and congratulate the graduates for the joy of graduation, wishing them more success. She also valued the role of the mothers of the graduates, thanked them for their efforts, and congratulated them on the success of their daughters. She emphasized the role of the student in building the country and achieving the vision of the Kingdom. She also recognized the role of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman and his crown prince, may God protect them, in taking care of the sons and daughters of the homeland. She further acknowledged the keenness of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University under the auspices of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Abdul Rahman bin Hilal Al-Talhi for the care and attention he gave to the students, and thanked the faculty members, the administrative staff, and the organizers of the ceremony.
After that, the student: Amal Al-Jameel gave a speech on behalf of the graduates, in which she thanked the Dean of the College and the audience for their participation in this ceremony and the joy of achievement.
The ceremony continued, as a video clip "Memories of a Graduate" was shown, and then the college graduates were honored to receive certificates of appreciation in a congratulatory parade. The ceremony concluded with the joy of the graduates and their families by raising their graduation amidst cheers and applause.
