About the Council:
The Student Advisory Council is an advisory body that aims to achieve positive student participation in making decisions that will improve the educational and academic process and the various services provided by the University.
Vision:
To have a Student Council that is the strongest link between the students and the university and the best supporter of the students' decisions in their academic careers.
Mission:
- Involving outstanding student competencies in the decision-making process and in taking responsibility;
- Introducing students to university regulations and activating various events (about awareness and services) and raising their level.
Student Council Goals:
- Developing Islamic values among students and enhancing belonging to the homeland;
- Creating an interactive environment in the intellectual, social and artistic fields within the university.
Tasks of the Student Council:
- Representing the points of view of students, the department, the College, the University, and everything related to the educational process;
- Exploring the needs of students and conveying them honestly and objectively to the relevant competent authorities;
- Activating dialogue mechanisms and supporting constructive communication between students, the educational and administrative staff, and academic leaders;
- Encouraging and developing student leaders and enhancing their skills;
- Encouraging students to establish clubs, committees and student groups in accordance with University regulations.
