يشهد عصرنا الحالي تغيرات متسارعة في مجال التنمية والتطوير لتلبية احتياجات المجتمعات وتحقيق الرؤية المستقبلية المستهدفة، وتبعا لذلك يسعى سوق العمل في مواكبة تلك التغيرات من خلال عرض واستحداث مهن ووظائف متناسبة لعجلة التنمية، ولأهمية ذلك، وتحت رعاية عميدة كلية العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية بحوطة بني تميم د. حصة بنت سعود الهزاني قدمت لجنة الإرشاد المهني التابعة لوحدة الخريجات بإشراف: أ. ريم الحضيف دورة تدريبية بعنوان" التصنيف المهني" تقديم د. أمل المشاري، وذلك في يوم الثلاثاء الموافق ١٤٤٤/٣/٢٩ هـ الساعة ٧:٠٠ مساءً عبر البلاك بورد، وهدفت هذه الدورة إلى تعريف الطالبات بالتصنيف السعودي الموحد للمهن والوظائف الذي أصبح سمة من سمات الإدارة الحديثة وربط تلك المهن والوظائف بالمؤهلات والخبرات التي تحصل عليها الطالبة في مسيرتها التعليمية، لكي تستطيع رسم وتصور خطة مستقبلية متناسبة مع ميولها وأهدافها.
