With the approaching winter season and fatty foods, you should not get carried away since perfect summer bodies are built in winter. Due to the importance of the matter, the Sports Activities Unit at the College of Sciences and Humanities in Hotat Bani Tamim, under the auspices of the Dean of the College, Dr. Hessa bint Saud Al-Hazani, held an awareness corner entitled: "Summer bodies are built in winter" on Wednesday 18/6/1444 H at 11 at the college lobby.
The corner focused on nutrition in winter and its impact thereafter. It also aimed to raise awareness of wrong eating habits that are prevalent in the winter season, such as frequent meals that are unhealthy and full of calories, accompanied by a lack of physical activity, lethargy, and laziness. The corner provided healthy alternatives that suit the frequent feeling of hunger and give a feeling of satisfaction for a long time. The corner recommended the need to exercise and drink sufficient amounts of water and beverages that often help combat the feeling of false hunger during the winter season. Students and employees of the college interacted positively with the corner.
